Because some people feel the need to post *for* me =P
So. In Japan....i've made it through my first week, as of today ^^. So different o.o I can't even begin to describe...although contrary to what *someone* says, I'm not really enjoying the massive use of the word kawaii. It's like...o.o A force or something. Like an overwhelming big brother thing. It's quite creepy actually. Everything (for the most part) is kawaii, or a disney item....or actually, usually both =P And everything really is quite cute, that's for sure. It's just so...overwhelmingly cute. Everywhere =P
Fanime was a blast, of course. I got to spend the weekend cosplaying and doing lots of random reg stuff and the train dance with sam. =P AX should be nice too, i hope. There will be cute cosplay, at least, so it can't be that bad, ne? =)
Music and milk tea are my two saviors over here. The've come to symbolize the two things that make me feel safe no matter what. I get scared too much over here. ^^;; From my notes the other day..."Before geography was homeroomtime or whatever, and when they all talk so fast (esp. to me) and i don't understand and i sorta...no, really get scared ^^;;; maybe not as much scared as just nervous though. Like when people get nervous in large crowds. I guess it's just the 'stranger in a strange land' syndrome. Someone somewhere prolly has a name for it, but whatever." Now it's gotten better, but i still get scared often. At least it's usually fun instead of scared though =) I just had to adjust a little bit (and you all know how much i love that XD )
And i've had to adjust what I eat a little bit as well *listens to the collective gasps of her non-existant readers* So now it's lettus, carrots (had my first ones in the curry rice the other night. i did it!), spinnach, melon, oranges, things that I have no idea what they are, grapefruit.... so much stuff that i've never tried before, but really isn't half bad o.o It's just getting used to the idea that what you stick in your mouth will taste forign, but you just have to eat it =P lol
This post is so disorganized ^^; And just when I think i'd finally got my life in order over here, posting here makes me realize that i'm nowhere close to getting where I want to go. But miss and love you all. See you...or well, those of you who will be at AX =P in 3 weeks =)
