Another late night I wasn't planning on.

Was just poking through some other people's blogs and decided to do a little update on my own. It is Febuary after all.
I haven't been able to concentrate one ounce today...if today means tuesday. Didn't listen a smigin during English. Instead of studying during my free block, went and hung around with 6th grade science Ms. Brown and chatted with her about her daughter (she said i gave her the best advice. she's such a sweetheart.) Japanese I actually payed attention, but it was completely gone in APUSH. But that's nothing new, now is it. Tried to study for the AP physics test during lunch, which went ok, but...I kept getting distracted. Which, as usual, is no one's fault but my own. I did get some things done, but the real measure of success will be the score i get =P I'm expecting mediocre, as usual. Had sectionals in band, so used that as more time to study. Did ok in taking the physics test, went a bunch slower than usual. And then by the time math class came up and the day was almost over, everyone was mostly insane. Casey, Alex T. and Josh were going off the entire time about random stuff, I was making the occasional joke while Pearl helped me study for my english quiz, and just...it was horrid. It's sort of sad, because Mr. Emde hasn't gotten us to pay attention in quite awhile now. However!! He's reading House of Leaves! I saw it on his desk, and it's been there for a few days now. Exciting, no?

I've been feeling sick a lot lately too. Ever since I passed out on X-mas eve things have been weird, and I've been feeling pretty under the weather after the incident in assembly 2 weeks ago or so. Getting sick last week and drinking massive amounts of water didn't help things either. Monday I was feeling like I had gotten back to normal, but tuesday/today wasn't so good. I guess i'm just scared of feeling bad because I don't want to faint again =/

*sigh* ...I suppose I should finish up my hw. Just...between my weird day at school, the weird dance class, and all the news that's going on at home and with the family right now, things are pretty exciting. It looks like everything is going to work out for me, and I can't stop thinking about this stroke of fortune that fate has blessed me with. But i'm still going to cross my fingers =P
